Pack your clean and washed Gi or belt into a mailing bag. To help us identify your gear instantly, please ensure the sender's name on your package matches the name used for your online order (or simply slip a handwritten note inside with your Name and Order Number). Ship it directly to our workshop.

⚠️ Important: The shipping cost to send your gear to our workshop is covered by the customer and is not included in the checkout price. The shipping fee paid during your purchase strictly covers the return delivery of your customized gear back to you.

Once your gear arrives, we embroider your design using high-precision machines. After quality check, we pack it up, ship it back to your doorstep, and send you the tracking number.
